Liked: Friendly staff and good selection at breakfast
Disliked: TV remote didn't work, hair dryer went bang,no guest towels at the swimming pool reception

Liked: Amenities. Large room. Breakfast great as usual. Swimming pool.
Disliked: Looking ran down. They have stopped the extras in the rooms. Last few stays dinner has been awful so we all decided to eat out which is not convenient

Disliked: Stayed in room 38. When we arrived it was very chilly. We had to switch the heater on. But could not get the central heating to work. Maybe have a look at the heating system in that room
