Disliked: After a long day should expect attitude from reception staff food in restaurant was questionable eg. Never seen au poivre like water, food look like it frozen and stuck into a microwave , not the only customer that complained about food,

Liked: We were visiting to resolve a family issue, and the staff were very helpful in helping us with photocopying documents.
Disliked: Just location really, but not much can be done about that.

Disliked: I was only in the room for a couple of hours and did not stay over night. The windows of the room could not be opened and the air-conditioning had a fault. As we had recently had a heat wave, the room was stuffy and lacked air. I put 5 fans in the room to make the room more comfortable but it did not work. I complained to the staff at reception and they advised I would get a refund, however, I have not received this yet. Please can this be refunded. Thanks
