Great would stay again if...

Liked: Location, staff especially breakfast staff who could not have done more for us - felt like royalty with the treatment we got
Disliked: Noise by other guests and lighting from hallway restricted sleep a bit

Great until breakfast.

Liked: Rooms were great
Disliked: Breakfast was awful, not enough tables. Staff slow to clean for others, waiting on plates, waiting on food. 15 minutes waiting on milk for tea and coffee. Not worth 12.50 and.

A gem of a hotel!

Liked: Great location, ease of parking, excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff, nice restaurant, room very clean, lovely old building. We have stayed here before and I think it will be our first choice hotel for future trips to Glasgow.
Disliked: The bed!! Very very small and very uncomfortable. My partner slept well but I was precariously balanced on the edge most of the time. Air conditioning unit was noisy but not particularly efficient

Excellent location but for price...

Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: Rooms very small for what we paid.Too hot and windows don’t open(standard in most hotels now) but air con would not let us reduce temp and with current weather conditions and confined space needed to be cooler.Towel rail on in bathroom not necessary - also strange location for towel rail and hand towel ended up slipping off and into toilet!Breakfast bit of a shambles although the staff were trying.Pity about the bad things overshadowing fantastic location for event we were attending.
