Liked: The staff are so welcoming and friendly, from reception, the bar and housekeeping. The room was small but super-comfortable and spotless, with an iron and a good hairdryer. The only thing I saw missing was bottled water in the room, but not every hotel offers that.Location is perfect, 1 minute from the bus station, lots of bars and restaurants around, and shopping only a few minutes away. Next to the Concert Hall and a couple of minutes from the Pavillion Theatre.Would definitely stay again!
Disliked: My only negative was the cost of wine in the bar - a glass cost nearly £12 or €14. However, I realised that these were the prices in other bars around too and at the airport. So not specific to the hotel, but just something that I noticed in general.
