Disliked: Food not value for money. The room could do with a refurbishment.

Disliked: 1) everything was old2) there was no fridge or safe; only a kettle3) carpet was worn4) staff could not even advise on bus services.

Liked: Everything, exceptionally clean, very comfortable. Staff were great.
Disliked: Poor road signage, took me a few goes around the one way system to park, but to be fair , that isn't Holiday Inn IHG's fault. Staff were very cool and relaxed , nothing was too much trouble. Was very impressed with the set up.

Only option was the bar area, tables not designed for eating at and reception area and with people coming in and out, it was freezingRooms are tired and need upgrading

Disliked: Bathroom is dated with a shower curtain. Mould on bathroom wall. Hairdryer didn't work. Curtains off rail.
