Amazing stay at a hotel...

Liked: Great location. Clean, beautiful facilities. Amazing hospitality. Every staff member we came along greeted us with a smile and a “how is your stay going”. I’ve never felt so welcome at a hotel before. Restaurant food was good and affordable pricing.
Disliked: I don’t have any complaints.

An exceptional stay

Liked: Staff was exceptional! Especially the night customer service agent. Her name was Elode,and she made my stay wonderful.She was engaging and personable and a fabulous reflection of great corporate experiences.
Disliked: Key cards were somewhat difficult to use, and the ballast in the bathroom made a horrible noise.

Disliked: Air conditioner in room did not work properly. Asked front desk and she said she would sent someone up. Guess what? NO ONE CAME UP. King rooms are a little small.

Liked: Location was perfect for our needs. Facilities were abundant! Very accommodating.
Disliked: It was frustrating keeping the temperature to a comfortable level. It was either too cold or too warm/humid. No vent in bathroom.
