Hotel was nice, good location...

Liked: Not good. Was supposed to be open until 9:30. Went at 9 am. The food was almost gone, not kept up and cold. Very disappointed!! Think 10$ is ridiculous for people staying in the hotel.
Disliked: Phone didn’t work in our room. Toilet holder was broken, soap holder for the sink was broken. Breakfast terrible.

Liked: This was such a great hotel. From the late night cocktail bar to their early morning breakfast bar, everything was fantastic! Also quiet and slept peacefully! I highly recommend!

Superb

Liked: The King Suite was really spacious, comfortable, and clean.
Disliked: There was an unusual odor.

Passable

Disliked: There was a wet spot on the floor next to the bed, I didn’t see it and stepped in it, when walking away my foot still felt wet. I looked at the bottom of my foot and there was a USED bloody bandaid on my foot that was NOT mine. Ok…wash foot off and continue with my day…go to reach for a towel that was on top of the shower and it wasn’t just 1 towel…it was to waded up wet ones hung over the top. This was mentioned to staff at checkout and nothing was said to make it right. Just check your rooms, make sure they are clean. No I didn’t ask to switch rooms that night because it was late. But I figured by mentioning something without acting like a Karen it would be fixed. It was not.
