Disliked: My stay at this hotel was extremely bad, an unpleasant experience at all. At first the admissions representative treated me in a bad and dry way only because I presented him with an Israeli passport. The room was very hot and the air conditioner did not work at all, I called the room service and explained to them about the problem with the air conditioner and they told me that they were sending someone to check it, I waited half an hour and no one came, I called again and again and they did not answer me, and even twice the call was opened and disconnected on purpose. In the end, I went down to the reception with the same employee and explained everything to him, and he answered me that in this hotel we control the temperature of the rooms and you cannot control the temperature of the room. I explained to him that the room was very hot and it was impossible to sleep, in the end he offered me a portable fan that he would give me instead of fixing the air conditioner or changing the room.Attached is a picture of the fan we gave youI will not enter this hotel again and i recommend everyone not to enter this hotel. Not a pleasant experience at all

Liked: The checkin process was efficient and the staff were helpful and happy to accommodate requests. It was helpful too, that they spoke such good EnglishThe room was comfortable, clean and modern with all amenities and it was possible to open the windows for fresh air.Although the hotel is situated in a business area close to the airport there was a supermarket, cafe and restaurants nearby.

Not our first stay in...

Liked: The accessible room we booked met all our expectations.
Disliked: The room was quite warm and we were not able to adjust the thermostat to get more air circulation or cooling. The only option was to open the window - which is not ideal considering neighboring runway noise. The front desk staff advised that the aircon is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted. They offered a fan which was delivered to our room. That helped a lot.
