Liked: staff were friendly
Disliked: was hardly near Ft Lauderdale airport and would not consider this an airport hotel, there a several other Hilton properties much closer to FLL airport. Very misleading and took far longer to take shuttle to airport than thought. Property was a bit run down and neglected in some areas, room could have been cleaner, especially toiler / bathroom.

I would stay again and...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, and Irene was great. Eric gave an extra hand when busy and checked in with customers. Front desk was helpful 2x I needed help.
Disliked: The hallway and room smelled musty.

Disliked: Breakfast . Don’t book a room including breakfast. Save your money and go to the Dennie’s restaurant across the road. We sat and waited 1 hour and 26 minutes and ended having to leave without a breakfast because of pre booked shuttle service . And we didn’t just sit and wait we asked constantly when will our meal arrive and when it did eventually arrive it was completely wrong . And we had no time left . We tried to get a refund but because we booked through an online travel agent they were not interested in helping us.

Liked: Very nice and helpful staff, big room, big comfortable beds, there was no problem with late check-out
Disliked: the room is poorly soundproofed and you can hear all the sounds from the corridor, air conditioning on the ground, blowing air directly at the bed, you can easily catch a cold
