Liked: Very clean rooms.
Disliked: Many TV channels had no signal, including NBC.

Liked: It was quiet
Disliked: The 3.5 star rating was very misleading. The hotel is dated with many areas needing repair. The amenities listed were very misleading. A casino was shown. The staff said the casino was pull tabs and a black jack table in the bar.

Disliked: Staff wasn’t helpful. Didn’t bother to explain how to get to our room. Didn’t explain where to find anything on the property. Elevator not working. Room was small but bathroom was tiny. Sound proofing was nonexistent in the walls between rooms.

Disliked: Elevator was out of order and the keycard did not work on the door leading directly to the pool from our room.

Disliked: The water temperature was absolutely freezing no matter what we did. Even the pool was freezing cold. The staff wasn’t super friendly either. No one smiled back or said hi. Our waitress at the overpriced buffet was incredible & the front staff check-in gal was pretty nice but that was it.
