We spent two nights at the hotel and we would definitely visit again; can't fault the hotel or staff - all very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Was very welcoming and the staff were excellent.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The hotel was lovely, easy to get to, great location, staff lovely, our only problem was whoever was above us, banged the doors alot through the night, but not the hotel fault. Our room was overlooking lovely garden.
Disliked: Just the other guests banging doors v loudly all through the night, but as I said that wasn't really the hotel fault.

Disliked: Everything else! The room was in need of some refurb! Also when we asked for a drink on the Saturday night in the bar they took a £50 payment from our account - we were told ‘it won’t come out of your account’ but it did and on check out we were then told ‘oh yes it does that but will come back in 5 days’ - this is absolutely not OK! I then called a week later and was told ‘it can take up to 3 weeks’ !!!! Not happy
