Disliked: Myself and my partner booked a low level double room. When we arrived we were told our room had been changed. Got a room upstairs and was a twin room. Had to relocate 4 miles away 2 hours after arriving at this hotel

OK but purely practical for...

Liked: Breakfast was mediocre and gave my 17 yr old an upset stomach

Was ok, staff not that...

Liked: Location was good, breakfast was ok, reasonable value.
Disliked: Room on second floor, no lift. We said this was a problem as one of us has a heart condition, one of us had a torn kneecap. The reception asked if we needed help, she was a tiny thing and didn’t seem interested, the manager was on hand but more interested with his phone, eventually made several small trips up and down stairs with our luggage. Staff weren’t very engaging or that friendly. Have been to many better IHG’s. No air con but did ok with noisy fan in room. Won’t return.
