Holiday Inn Express York

Good hotel .,but booking .com...

Liked: Clean and friendly staff
Disliked: No eggs all weekend for breakfast . Booked with booking.com price was £248 for two nights but as I was booking and paying it the price dropped by £50 which I thought was a good price but when we got to hotel I was charged full price .!! Hotel said this was your doing so won't be using booking.com again !!

Not clean at all, disappointing

Disliked: There are spots, dirty marks and hairs on the duvet cover and bed! The staff offered to change the room for us, however there are still dirty marks on the duvet cover in the new room, also there was urine left in the toilet! We have been to other Holiday Inn Express before, but this one is the worst, very disappointing!

Liked: Location ok that's all I like it about.
Disliked: We did not like the hotel stuff not helpful we should of got a cot for my son we didn't got it they say all broken, and the bed very uncomfortable, sofa bed no one can sleep on it very uncomfortable we didn't treat well from the staff, my little son didn't sleep at all that night crying most night, that was the worst night in my life I can remember, don't recommend to any one to stay there ,hope no one go thru what we been thru.
