I didn’t stay…. I went...

Liked: They canceled my stay because I wouldn’t park my truck on the street. The gentleman who was in charge was very rude from the start.
Disliked: this was the worst place I’ve ever seen and I travel a lot….. Ive never seen a place so bad that I wasn’t allow to park ,my truck in the parking lot.

Nightmare

Liked: I didn't like anything about tis place
Disliked: Mattresses were terrible, a/c didn't work, stuff didn't help

Liked: It was close to the baseball field that our son was playing at
Disliked: I booked a room with 2 queen size beds, and we were given a room with only 1 bed and a chair.. we required 2 beds and there was zero options left for us for the 3 day stay. The front desk told us it was because we booked with a 3rd party. .We've booked many hotel stays using multiple 3rd party apps and we've never had such a disregard for the accommodations we've paid for. Truly disappointed. Will contact booking.com to see about a partial refund, because we've never been disrespected like this before.

Disliked: We booked looking only at places that had a shuttle. After we booked, when we landed at the airport we got a message that there was no longer a free shuttle from airport.
