Liked: It was nice and clean. The employees were very nice and the breakfast was wonderful - loved it.

Would highly recommend this location.

Liked: The front desk staff checking in and checking out were polite, efficient and friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean in all areas ie. rooms, hallways, elevators, lobby and dining area. The wait staff in the dining area was very courteous. The juice machine was not functioning correctly and she took measures to fix it. She then let us all know that it was working again as were seated in the area.

Terrible.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: You guys should not put listings up with hotels that are full. Wasted 40 minutes in an uber, 200 dollars, and just to be told the rooms are full and that the reservation didn’t work despite me getting a confirmation email. It’s silly.

It was a pleasant stay...

Liked: Jackie at the front desk was very helpful she made sure that we were taken care of and comfortable during our stay. The rooms were clean and neat it gave an upscale feel on a budget.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t cleaned in between our stay. We asked the house cleaning if the room could be cleaned since she was two doors down and she told us that we missed our chance and she couldn’t go back.

I’ve been double charged it’s...

Liked: I’ve been double charged it’s been over 30 days and still no refund keep getting put in circles by booking and the property. 6-24-2025 was “176.53” charged by pre payment then the hotel said they didn’t get paid even tho I showed them proof they then charged me “176.52” I still haven’t received my money. It’s currently 7-25-2025
