Liked: It was nice and clean. The employees were very nice and the breakfast was wonderful - loved it.

Would highly recommend this location.

Liked: The front desk staff checking in and checking out were polite, efficient and friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean in all areas ie. rooms, hallways, elevators, lobby and dining area. The wait staff in the dining area was very courteous. The juice machine was not functioning correctly and she took measures to fix it. She then let us all know that it was working again as were seated in the area.

Liked: The wifi was a little difficult in my room as if it didnt reach my room. I thought the pool would be deeper than 3 ft. But other than that i truly have no complaints the staff was extremely pleasant, the room was beyond clean and the breakfast was delicious
Disliked: The pool wasn’t what i expected. And the wifi was difficult

Disliked: The room was filthy. Beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. There were screws lying on the floor from the bed. There were not enough towels for the 4 of us. No soap in dispensers. The pool keycard didn’t work to get in. The pool had so much chlorine, that it burnt my kids eyes so bad we had to do a water flush. My kids cried themselves to sleep over the pain. It was supposed to be a fun stay while we visited the American Dream Mall. WIFI wasn’t working. On top of all that, I got a call saying they were overbooked and didn’t have a room for us after I was paid in full over a month ago at 4:45pm and we checked in at 5:00. One more thing, the charging ports didn’t work.
