Liked: When I booked through booking, they actually overbooked. The hotel manager told us what our next steps could be. Starting the refund process through the app. While on hold, the manager came out and said she was able to get us into rooms we needed.. super helpful and friendly.
Disliked: How Booking over booked. It was stressful after driving for 12 hrs.

Liked: Property was in a great location, that was easy to access. Pool and slides were perfect for younger children.
Disliked: Room needed to be cleaned, lots of dust and dirty carpets. Shower didn’t drain well.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The pools are great sizes and decently kept. For 3 nights it was overall a decent place to stay but the bathrooms need better scrubbing and deep cleaning.
Disliked: Our room had a big red stain on the carpet, and the pull-out sofa bed had a spring/wire on the side that seemed out of place like it was broken. We did notify the staff. Both the king comforter and comforter for the pullout sofa had stains all over them, we just didn't use them. The bathroom ceiling had marks all over it from water damage and the shower had spots all over it like it hadn't seen a good scrub down in a while.

Liked: Newer eating area and breakfast selection.
Disliked: Room was in need of renovation. Stopped up stink drain and broken stopper. Shower door was stuck and unable to slide. Sparse lighting. Very loud people up and down the hallway most of the night. Expensive for the overall facility.
