Hotel was very convenient to great restaurants and RJ Auditorium. Breakfast was great; hotel was older but clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Beds were big and comfortable; close to many amenities; parking lot had good lighting,. The weekend we stayed, there was a big crowd for breakfast - staff offered to let us eat in another room. Coffee strong and always available.

Liked: During my stay there was not one door slamming from another guest. Everything was really quiet.
Disliked: Breakfast starts at 06:30 am. 06:00 am should be much better. For that reason there are always a crowd of people for breakfast. I was not able to have breakfast as usual during my stay.

Liked: 1AM arrival delayed by outpatient surgery at Atrium Hospital. Called hotel to let them know we were still coming. Staff had a 1st floor room ready for us. Very easy room access and an extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast bar had good variety.

Liked: everyone was so nice and inviting! the room smelled so good even throughout my stay everytime I walked in it just smelled amazing.the beds were comfy, the location was amazing. I will book here anytime I come back. the grocery and food is literally right there and the shopping centers and mall are only 7 minutes away!! AMAZING! I came down for breakfast and a gentleman held my baby and interacted with him so that I could fix my food. such great customer service.
Disliked: nothing. my stay was great!
