Liked: The room was laid out well. We had a king suite with sofa bed, and the king bed was in a room with a door you could close which gave some privacy to the person staying in the sofa bed. The bathroom was good size with a large countertop. The pool area would be very good for people with kids, as there was a separate low depth pool with a water slide
Disliked: We stayed at this location for 2 days, and booked it because it was the highest rated hotel in town. We arrived after dark first night and when I went to take a shower, I noticed about 5 short curly hairs in the back parts of the tub. Not pleasant. The next morning I went and told the front desk staff, she responded with "oh," I said that I would like it cleaned up, and she responded well if you're here for 2 days housekeeping will come by today and clean it. I mentioned that it had already been missed when housekeeping prepped the room, and asked that she let housekeeping know so they can address it. She said she would. We arrived back at the hotel again after dark that night, and the room had not been cleaned at all. One of the perks mentioned in their ad was that they had daily housekeeping. Not only was the tub not cleaned but neither was the rest of the room. I went downstairs to speak with front desk staff, she was understanding that this was a gross situation and asked if we wanted to change rooms, but of course at that point our stuff was unpacked and we didn't want to change rooms at 10:00 at night, we had wanted it cleaned while we were gone all day. She said she couldn't do anything else, but would leave a message for management who were not in for another couple days as it was a long weekend. It is now 3 days post stay and I have never heard from management. There were other parts of the room that weren't quite as clean as you would like them to be either, just less gross than the curly hairs in the tub. The place needs a good cleaning and touch up. The other concern was the hot tub was so hot we couldn't stay in it for more than a minute or two, it should be checked for correct temperature.

Staff unwilling to go the...

Disliked: I booked thru booking .com When I arrived they asked me to swipe my card for incidentals. I was charged on that swipe $285. Booking already took my payment days before. Youe employees evaded taking responsibility. I know they contacted booking and so did I . they assured me this would be resolved by Sunday when the big manager came in. When I spoke to the manager at the desk he said Booking had t paid them. I suggested that was between you and booking - not me. The manager proceeded to get aggressive in his speech and I dropped it. Doubt I will ever stay here again
