The hotel was great and...

Liked: We were very pleased with the service and accommodations. This Holiday Inn made us feel right at home. The breakfast was wonderful and met our full expectations.
Disliked: Everything was very fine.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location for Windsor races. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Room was great, clean and with lovely lighting. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer neatly tucked in shelving behind the mirror. Breakfast was fab, a great selection including a pancake maker. The whole hotel was clean. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Parking is a bit awkward, there aren't many spaces and its quite tight to park in but it was in a car park for the hotel so at least we managed to have our car right there with us.

The good standard of Holiday...

Liked: Clean, good size room and excellent choices for breakfast.Chose it for proximity to Heathrow. Could walk to Windsor Castle.Holiday Inns rarely disappoint
Disliked: Tv only has one sound setting which was hard to hear

It was a great stay

Liked: Location was great walk in to town, The breakfast was very nice & the staff were lovely.
Disliked: I felt that £15 pounds a day for the parking was a bit steep.
