Perfect location . Lovely staff...

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful . Not one staff member wasn’t pleasant and especially on our arrival the lady on reception helped us to the castle etc which she didn’t have too . The breakfast was really nice and we wasn’t expecting anything due to the construction work and we received a full breakfast which was amazing . The location is perfect for the castle - not far to walk but also in great spot for watching the planes land into Heathrow . We will definitely return to this hotel and recommend to our family .
Disliked: The hotel having work done but this wasn’t unexpected as we were made aware but it will only make it better I am sure

Liked: Big room, space, bed and bathroom. Great choice of breakfast and seating.
Disliked: The bed was quite firm and pillows were too small.

Disappointed and overpriced

Liked: The room was renovated and clean but the rest of lobby was a mess, more of a building site
Disliked: Paying a full price and living in a building site it not ideal by far. They could have offered the discount. Breakfast was nasty no coffee in the morning, sashes were offered. At least get the machine .. disappointing overall.
