Liked: The accommodation and rooms were fine
Disliked: My booking was for a twin bedded room. On arrival my staff we told it was a double room. They could not have a twin. So at extra cost they had to book an extra room. When booked the hotel should have informed us that a twin was not available. VERY disappointed and wont use this group of Hotels for our company again.

Liked: Staff were lovely. Room and bed were comfortable and had a large tv and a great shower. Good choice at breakfast.
Disliked: Would have liked some biscuits with tea making facilities.

Liked: Close-ish to Windsor centre
Disliked: The breakfast was just a cold breakfast in paper bags. You could order a sausage or bacon bap the night before but we weren’t told this at check in.

Liked: Excellent location and very helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room.
Disliked: The breakfast selection was the same every day. Need some variety especially for longer stays.

Liked: Property was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Our stay was excellent due to the superb, friendly staff. Right from our early arrival, through the short fire alarm and to our departure, we were greeted cheerfully,with genuine smiles. It was a pleasure to stay here.
