Extremely Satisfying

Liked: Breakfast was great and so was the location. I had a very pleasant stay. Will try to rebook at the same hotel when I come back up.
Disliked: For such a nice establishment, the cigarettes butts on the outside of the building, took away from the overall score. Suggest posting no littering

Liked: Nothing. I am in my 70's and I was in Williams, Arizona booking a room and accidentally booked Williams- Bushch or something on the east coast. I immediately called the hotel and asked for them to cancel my reservation. Not only did they refuse to do anything, but the person on the phone was a complete B.
Disliked: It was 3000 miles from my mistaken booking and they could care less. Out $106... no concern to them.

Annoyed with the $100 amenity...

Liked: The property was clean and updated. The breakfast was standard, but the attendant was very efficient and sweet.
Disliked: The coffee maker did not work. The Guide on the TV did not work. Do you know how annoying it is in a hotel for the Guide not to work? I was especially annoyed by the $100 held for amenities. There are no amenities at a HIE! That is the point. I paid $10 more for a Courtyard the night before, and everything worked. Plus they had a bar, a bistro and a heated pool. The HIE had nothing. I’ll pay the extra ten the next time and not have $100 on hold for nothing.
