Absolutely perfect and Promise was...

Liked: Everything was very clean, extra concessions were reasonably priced, the breakfast was great, the staff was very polite. Promise was our check in person at the desk and she was very polite and very sweet and chatted with me and my wife about our vacation. She was wonderful and wonderful representative for the hotel. Our room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and everything was perfect. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip to Busch Gardens.

Liked: The check in was great. It went really well. It gave a great first impression of the hotel. The rooms was also clean and the housekeeping staff was awesome.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and common areas were clean and no smells. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. I was only 5 min. away from Busch Gardens. Great location.
Disliked: No of my family or I had any complaints and like everything as it was.
