Liked: well stocked with food at breakfast, the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly
Disliked: The toaster was broken for all the days I was there, and the scrambled eggs were too tiny to pick up with a fork

No sofa

Liked: Pillows were great!
Disliked: I upgraded to a room with a sofa. There was no sofa! When I inquired about the room with a sofa they said complain to booking. Com.

Liked: We feel very lucky to have stayed at this Holiday Inn. The hotel is clean, very comfortable and is in a good location. We visited nearby attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast good. Also, there was a nice pool for the guests. The pool had special towels for guest use. We would stay here again if we visited the area.
Disliked: We always wish hotels and restaurants would use less plastic. There was lots plasticware in use for breakfast. It has to be more economic, in the long run, to have reusable plates and tableware.
