Liked: We booked last minute in an emergency. It was reasonably priced and had a very nice breakfast included in the price.

Not very clean stains all...

Disliked: No WiFi the internet was down so asked a member of staff and they put me on the staff WiFi which didn’t work either

Wonderful Wigan Staff!

Liked: Very comfortable stay. All staff were lovely, most welcoming and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and air-con a welcome bonus. Food was also very good.
Disliked: Despite logging in to hotel WiFi none of our party were able to access the internet and poor phone signal also. Not sure if this was a temporary problem or something that is an issue in the hotel.
