Poor sleep and stay

Liked: The power shower and shampoo etc and fresh towels. Free WiFi and parking. Staff was friendly on arrival
Disliked: The room was freezing the heating system had been turned of all because we had a nice day. Went to complain and the receptionist turned it on in the office. Still we had no heating so called him to room. He set it and said it would kick in and never did even after another complaint. Slept in a full tracksuit to keep warm. The corridors had no heating the breakfast area freezing. Breakfast was all good but the scrambled egg still using powder stuff and no offer of a alternative and the jams was a jar on the side with a spoon sticking out of it. How do the staff know that spoon not been in a mouth as in licked or on the floor very disgusting.

Liked: Hotel itself was good.
Disliked: Breakfast was a joke. Food items on buffet ran out on both mornings. Waiting on items to be cooked took too long. No one watching on levels before it ran out. Chef came out with an attitude at people waiting.

Liked: The a/c was working well.
Disliked: The room had a horrible smell especially in the bathroom I believe with the cleaning products used. The carpets were also horrible stained with red and brown mark and very big stains. It was very unpleasant.
