Liked: The hotel is good, the room is comfortable, the location is convenient, and there is a bus stop nearby.
Disliked: Towels were hanging on hooks in the bathroom, as if someone had already used them. Some were folded. Did they forget to replace the towels maybe. There were a lot of people at breakfast. It's better to come towards the end of breakfast.

Liked: The hotel & room were good, but I rated our stay negative due to the payment issues
Disliked: The hoteld charged us twice for our stay. We had already paid through Booking and then the Hotel charged our card again during check in, which we only noticed when checking our card statement at home. We still have not received our money back, neither from Booking nor from the hotel. Terrible customer service from Booking and the hotel

Excellent choice for an overnight...

Liked: Clean, modern, comfortable beds and good breakfast
Disliked: A bit far from city but an easy bus ride ( about 10 minutes). We were aware of location when booking so this is not a negative but rather an observation.

Everything was great, except for...

Liked: We really enjoyed the breakfast. It was great quality.
Disliked: I received an email telling me that the taxes went up and therefore we would receive a coupon gift card when we checked in. The staff when we checked in, said that they would prepare the gift card and get it to us however, the next day and the rest of our stay, they staff kept telling us that they had no idea what we were talking about.
