It was a great experience...
Liked: They let us stay for a late checkout since we came in so late!
Disliked: Maybe outdated a little bit but honestly liked that too.

Pleasant
Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The refrigerator and coffee maker didn't work in my room and the water didn't get very hot and didn't stay hot long.

Sad trip,lost my son.
Liked: Staff was so sweet and kind.I lost my son and I talk to them and they were amazing.
Disliked: The stairs could you a good sweeping and the staff for breakfast needs to make sure everyone is gone,they turned the lights out on me as I was eating. No warning nothing just in the dark.

Disliked: TV wouldn't turn on & off remote. TV was on when we entered when we tried to turn it on it wouldn't, even staff couldn't get it to work. They offered another room but was told all the tv's have the issue and we might still have problems. We were told a remodel is coming in the next 2 years and the company doesn't want to replace the tv's before then

Never using booking.com again
Disliked: Hotel looked decent but booking.com canceled my reservation so I was stuck with no room.

Although there were a few...
Liked: Breakfast was delicious! Lots of wonderful options. Rooms were of good size.
Disliked: I booked two double rooms at this hotel for a group of six adults and called the Monday before our arrival to confirm the reservation and request that both rooms be on the same floor. I was assured this would not be a problem. However, upon check-in, we were given one double room and one king room on different floors. The front desk staff was very apologetic, but the hotel was fully booked and unable to make any changes.We were told a rollaway bed would be brought up to accommodate the extra person, but later informed that none were available. This left us with no option but to have three adults share one king bed, which was uncomfortable and frustrating.To add to the issues, I was incorrectly charged for an extra night on my credit card. The front desk staff was helpful, but I had to wait for the manager to resolve the billing issue. Fortunately, it was corrected, but it took a couple of days.Another drawback was that the hotel has only one elevator. Since the hotel was at capacity, wait times for the elevator were often long.The staff was kind and tried to help, but overall the experience was disappointing due to the room mix-up, lack of accommodations, and billing error.

Buyer Beware!
Liked: It was a decent location and stay for our needs, room and property we're generally clean. Breakfast was mostly stocked (ran out of forks one day).
Disliked: We were woken repeatedly on two of the nights by loud banging, screaming and all around partying. It was so bad our last night that the actual Wichita police were called and were banging on the door of the room in question at 11:30 at night. We had our son with a disability staying with us as well.
