Liked: The staff was amazing! Hotel employee at the front desk went above and beyond helping us out on our visit which is fantastic and he did this with every client that came into the hotel

Excellent overall.

Liked: Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was plentiful, with good variety, and restocked as needed. Staff was SUPER polite and checked in on individuals frequently. Best ever!
Disliked: Pool deck very slippery. Would have liked staff to control kids racing up and down the halls, being loud, and playing hide and seek by rooms.

Liked: The evening clerk was amazing and her customer service went above and beyond making sure my stay was memorable. The 5 oclock managers get together with fun games, food and drink..no one does that! I know Ill definitely come back when I come to town
Disliked: Nope. My room was nice, and clean and very comfortable.
