Liked: Honestly, this hotel was very lackluster and was a total waste of money. Paid $--- for a king size standard and got a room with a broken air conditioner and carpet that looked as though a dog had defecated all over it.
Disliked: Staff was rude. Undergoing construction. Very dated and old feeling. Stuffy. No air conditioning. Linen smelt old and used.

Disliked: Storage rooms open so we can see t. Bugs bites, Hotel needed repair, hotel had paper numbers on the doors! Paper pencil and tape.

Liked: Location was good for our purpose, funeral. Hotel employee at the front desk was excellent. His counterpart in the afternoon, eh, not so much. Staff throughout the hotel were all friendly.
Disliked: No ice machine on our floor. No vent in bathroom. And not enough available electric plugs near beds.

Disliked: Being on 3rd floor where there was no working AC in hallways...some kind of discount should be rewarded for being placed on that floor, no ice available up there and rooms not up to Holiday Inn standard...it was just a normal older joint that was ok
