The customer service was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable. Hot fresh coffee was available 24-7. Breakfast was decent. The location was convenient to all major highways but unfortunately not near any restaurants. Overall it was a good stay.

Poorly maintained facility, okay room...

Liked: The room was adequate and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The room was marginally clean, the elevators were slow and only one was working, no water fountains worked, the water/juice machine was broken.

Uncomfortable!

Liked: The location of this place was the only redeeming factor.
Disliked: In general it is not well kept. Dirty hallways, elavator and reception area. The behind the counter view as you are checking in is a mess. Ms. Cindy at reception could not find a booking for us from Booking.com and initially stated that she had no rooms. As she looked further she did find the "only king room left" and arranged to have us book it through IHG instead of Booking.com. We did get a room, the smallest one to date of any IHG properties I have stayed in, accross from the ice machines and vending machines. Cindy was wounderful, the stay well, I will not stay at this property again.
