Disliked: Key card didn't work well, very noisy late at night & early in the morning! Banging on the walls at 5am & someone rattling the doorknob at 5am!☹☹

Needs more work on hospitality...

Disliked: Reception was not pleasant. Didn’t detail certain things well. There was an extensive mess along the building where we were able to park. When we got to our room, it was not as described and our wifi did not work. Went to call reception and our phone did not work in the room. Had to go down and discuss, phone was not fixed and wifi was not working unless near the door of our room.

Liked: The staff was exceptional! Very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were very clean and bathrooms looked brand new.

Disliked: I didnt like the abscence of 2 small bottled waters in the room and unduly expensive price of small bottled water! If no free water, then reduce the price of the small bottled water!
