Very good

Liked: The hotel which was just remodeled was clean, the staff friendly and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Check in was not good. I gave my name, reservation number, even showed them my emails.Two front desk people were unable to locate my reservation. Could it possibly be under any other name, absolutely not. All of my email confirmations are addressed to me Diane. They then needed my credit card and found it with three three as the name. Seems this was a system issue and an inconvenience for me.

Much too noisy

Liked: First night we had young kids running up and down the halls into the early hours of the night. Had to talk to adults that did nothing. Second night had group of men talking/ laughing loudly. Had to ask them to stop. Finally got a room that was quiet last night.
Disliked: Staff was nice and finally helped on last night.
