The customer service was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable. Hot fresh coffee was available 24-7. Breakfast was decent. The location was convenient to all major highways but unfortunately not near any restaurants. Overall it was a good stay.
Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The location doesn't have any restaurants in the area.

Liked: I love how clean the rooms and bathroom was how quiet the building was inside while I slept.
Disliked: The property needs more parking bigger spots it was too many people parking double spots.

Affordable hotel a bit far...
Liked: Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. But no subway close by. But managable by car

Liked: I did not stay there due to the wrong information provided by Booking.com and hotel management.
Disliked: I booked this hotel for three nights (paid in advance) through the Booking.com website under the City "Washington DC". On Google map it was shown to be 16 minutes walk from the capitol building. The hotel was actually situated in Maryland. So, we did not go there and immediately cancelled our booking. They emailed that they would deduct one day's charges + taxes and refund the remaining amount, which has not yet been received after 7 days have passed already. Secondly, we went to the Holiday-in hotel in Washington DC, which was shown by the Google map at the time of booking. They rudely declined to accommodate us and said that they have no connection with Holiday-In MD. So, overall me and my family are highly disappointed by this incident which was collectively the fault of Booking.com and Holiday-In hotel and we paid the price of it. We had to immediately book some other available hotels in DC which were very expensive. Overall we lost more than a 1000$, and I request them back from Booking.com/Holiday-In.
