The customer service was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable. Hot fresh coffee was available 24-7. Breakfast was decent. The location was convenient to all major highways but unfortunately not near any restaurants. Overall it was a good stay.

Disliked: The location doesn't have any restaurants in the area.

Great stay

Liked: The hotel is under renovations .The desk clerk was friendly and knowledgeable of the area .The room was absolutely beautiful.Everything was updated and new.The bed was super comfortable.

Mother/Daughter mini Vacay

Liked: I loved the location of the hotel and the staff was super nice and communative.
Disliked: I don't think the A.C unit in my room was working properly... During the daytime it was okay but at night it would still be hot in the room even though the A.C read 72 degrees.

Nice hotel, but the location...

Liked: The room was comfortable and spacious. The check in process was swift and the service was nice.
Disliked: The location sits within an area where there is theft. The entire wheels of my traveler’s vehicle were all taken, and the hotel staff waited an hour before alerting us and stated that security was there but couldn’t do anything.

Been to many Holiday Inn...

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: They did not make up the bed. Food was awful. Hallways was extremely loud with other guests roaming and talking loud 3 o'clock in the morning
