Relaxed comfortable enjoyable

Liked: Everything! It was clean and comfortable the food was delicious and the staff went over and above to help us nothing was too much for them. This was the part that made our stay here exceptional.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Clean and tidy hotel, all the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and good quality.
Disliked: Shower water pressure was very low.

Good value for money and...

Liked: Check in was easy and the staff very helpful. The room was adequate but I think the bathroom should be updated, The bed was firm but ok for me although the duvet was on the small side. The breakfast was good value although it was the same every day so maybe a different type of egg could be offered some days since scrambled is not everyone's choice.
Disliked: I didn't like how close the hotel was to the M40 and the noise would have been a problem if we hadn't been warned by comments on Trip advisor to check which room we were allocated.
