Liked: No negatives with staff or facilities.
Disliked: Brick wall view from windows in rooms 204+206.

Liked: Price, breakfast and reply comfy beds. Responsive when I wanted to add a guest last minute
Disliked: A couple of bits of rubbish under the bed in room. No big issue really as only bottles but not ideal if it was something like undies!

Staff dealt with difficult situation...

Disliked: We booked a room for June 14th - 15th. Shortly after, we received a message on Booking.com saying that Holiday Inn Express Warwick - Stratford-upon-Avon required additional credit card information, and if we didn't update our information, our reservation would be canceled. We did not provide additional information, and we assumed our reservation would be cancelled. This has happened to us before, and we're not sure why this happens. We were really surprised and very upset when we were charged £99.00 for a "no show."We sent a message to Holiday Inn Express immediately after we received a message indicating that we would be charged a "no show"fee, and we haven't received a reply as of now.We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express several times, and we now have a reservation at Holiday Inn Express Heathrow for December 1st. It has been our hotel of choice in most places we have been to, and we would like to continue using Holiday Inn Express in the future, but we just don't like the way this issue was has been handled.
