Disliked: The shower was very poor, barely any flow or pressure.The bed was comfortable but too small, it needs to be king size

Disliked: The bed. The mattress was absolutely knackered. If you need a good night's sleep then swerve this hotel

Lovely staff fo helpful .

Liked: rooms were clean , bathroom had nice soap & clean towels . Breakfast was perfect
Disliked: difficult to find . good job we had sat nav

Liked: East location to find
Disliked: Fire alarm going off at 5.30am and staffing informing is it was just a false alarm. Having a young child this affected the entire day

Liked: Easy access, good staff, everything needed for an overnight stay.
Disliked: Air con leaking in both rooms we were offered causing wet carpets under the device.

Exceptional

Liked: Location and price included good breakfast
Disliked: Parking. Although there was a car park it's nect to McDonald's and was full.
