Holiday Inn Express Warwick - Stratford-upon-Avon

Disliked: Brick wall view from windows in rooms 204+206.

Great hotel and would definitely...

Liked: Great location for getting to Stratford, Warwick Castle and Leamington Spa. Lovely and very helpful staff. A comfortable room - even though we were on the ground floor our room was cool and quiet. Breakfast was great - better than I expected. Nearby McDonalds, which - as I understand - is open 24 hours, was an added bonus.
Disliked: Our room was a bit cramped and our 'double' bed was a bit small, but we did get the budget option and could have paid more and got something better. Having to pay 5 GBP a day for parking was a bit much, especially given that the hotel was not in a city or town centre.

Ripped off by the charge...

Great for an overnight stay

Liked: The staff were excellent, from the check-in process when we were given information (plus local maps) on how to get into Stratford, - by local bus in the end rather than struggle to park. Restaurant staff very overworked but still cheerful! A special thankyou to the Housekeeping Staff for finding my item of lost property!
Disliked: Noise from traffic but then it is right next to the Motorway!!
