Very nice and friendly hotel...

Liked: We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The reception staff were great, very nice, kind and helpful and helped us with everything. Also the waiters who served breakfast. The hotel itself is very nice, in great location, breakfast is good and diverse. The rooms are clean

Disliked: Horrible breakfast and staff not even smiling. I think this is the first time in 12 years of traveling that I didn’t see sweet option for breakfast. Usually there’s a croissant or a small muffin or any small thing for a sweet tooth people. Not there … I paid more than 100 dollars per night and even there was no water in the room. Never again.

Disliked: Breakfat could've been more diverse but it was good!Guests need to express their need for a cleaning at the reception.

Very good

Liked: Rooms are quite large for basic hotel rooms. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is amazing! there are bus, tram and metro stations within 2 minute walk. Also, if you're arriving at Warsaw to attend an event in the national stadium, know the hotel's location is idle! just 5~ stops on M2 and you're there and back.
Disliked: I really expected the breakfast, and was disappointed. I guess that being on a business trip- the breakfast is enough. But for me, on a vacation it wasn't good. Also, receptionists weren't very keen to help when we needed their assistant, isn't that the reason they're there?
