Liked: When we arrived the friendly receptionist with agreement from the to extend our room until 12pm. The staff who worked in the restaurant where extremely helpful
Disliked: At 11:10 am, the manager knocked on on our door to inform us that we needed to leave. This was despite having arranged a 12 noon departure with reception. Her approach felt aggressive and confrontational, and she appeared to assume that we had overstayed without permission because she didn’t have our names.When we left, she did apologise, which I gracefully accepted. However, I believe she could benefit from support and training on how to communicate with customers in a way that is firm yet warm and respectful.This keeps the tone constructive while addressing the issue clearly
