Liked: Location
Disliked: Got there and the could not find my reservation but I had a confirmation number. The rooms we got smell smoke

Disappointed but comfortable

Liked: Property was very clean, buffet was awesome and the pool area and fitness center were definitely an 8.0
Disliked: I have a handicap and so I park in handicap areas. This facility charges $15 per day to park. And yes even in the handicap spaces. In addition they charge a $50 security deposit up front in case of damage to the room. Both are ridiculous and I’m not sure I will stay here again for those reasons.

Bad

Liked: Only the location I can say or recommend.
Disliked: AC unit taking the room space. Plus so loud. Ugly and moldy smell.

Total lack of soundproofing resulting...

Liked: Centrally located in town, nice indoor area near the pool.
Disliked: No soundproofing of the rooms, resulting in all street noise coming into the room as if you were sleeping with the window wide open. And it was very noisy with a drive thru and some commercial activities generating noise until very late at night.Have rarely had such a poor night’s sleep in a hotel.Overall, the hotel could do with a makeover/refresher.

Not our best stay!

Liked: We've stayed at the WC Holiday Inn many times, convient to our family, major reason!!
Disliked: The bathroom, walk in shower, shower head was not working properly, the overall bathroom cleanliness was only fair!

Disliked: Dark room, poor internet connection, parking fees (!) and sub standard breakfast

Liked: The lobby was nice and modern.
Disliked: Upon walking in the room we noticed a blood stain on the floor/carpet. There was a bug crawling on the wall. The food even though it was in the warmer was cold, eggs super watery, orange juice from the machine was warm
