It was fine minus one...

Liked: Location. Breakfast. Fridge. Gym.
Disliked: The card reader kept faulting out. Each day we went to request new cards. A staff member (awesome gentleman) said the room cards were active and thought it was the fault with the door lock. He came up and his key, and our did not work. After jiggling and pushing this way and that way, we got entry. He sent maintenance. Maintenance said it was dirty inside and cleaned it. The next day we were locked out again. A lady staff member was a bit rude and told us to keep them away from our phones and reprogrammed them. We told her that we had been, explained it was door reader lock, we went back up and cards did not work. We just spent 5mins jiggling it in and out til finally it opened. This was the most frustrating of the visit, and highly annoying as we were coming and going between meetings.

Disliked: Got locked in the bathroom which was a handi cap room. No way to open the door from the inside Was not noted in stats for the hotel parking is $15 day. We’re handicap and had to walk through 2 garages to get to our elevator. They should have dedicated parking for handicap rooms. Room service doesn’t work after 4:30. We left our room at 5 and it doesn’t get cleaned.
