Disappointing

Liked: The lobby was nice and modern.
Disliked: Upon walking in the room we noticed a blood stain on the floor/carpet. There was a bug crawling on the wall. The food even though it was in the warmer was cold, eggs super watery, orange juice from the machine was warm

Liked: Bed was comfy. Quiet. Not a bad room, but not great for the price and location.
Disliked: Staff had no idea what they were doing at check-in and did not know how to change my room even though there was a lot of vacancy. I had a foot injury and I was placed on the top floor and far away from the elevator. The shower was very ugly and gross looking. Halls had a terrible spoiled smell.

Liked: Very comfortable beds, very friendly staff, very decent breakfast with automatic fresh pancake machine.
Disliked: Facilities could use renovations. On my first walk down the hall, got a bit of a faded glory vibe. Showers and furniture all showed their age. That said, most important part, the beds, were excellent. $15 parking surcharge felt a bit dumb when that’s pretty much the only was to get there.

Liked: The room was nice, clean, bed was really comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great, several good choices, staff was very attentive and kept it well stocked
Disliked: I liked everything about it, will stay here again for sure
