Liked: Location is perfect! Quick walk to the beach. Trolley stop is right across the street. Can walk to Waikiki beach. Breakfast is awesome! They have everything and seating area is huge. Staff is wonderful!
Disliked: Rooms are small.

Overall great stay.

Liked: Service and pepper were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Didn’t like that we had to pay for parking extra as guests. Paid 196$ more than I expected. When people close doors they should be told to close them softly not allow them to slam. It was very loud and startling at times. Elevators tool long but that’s because there were so many people arriving at the same times and leaving at same times. Chairs in eating area can be replaced with new ones. Makes the hotel look unkept. Our room was small compared to other hotels we’ve stayed. Bathroom door should be changed to a door that actually locks and not see through. People eating outside should be warned not to leave food unattended or birds will come.

Very good

Liked: Free Breakfast was great, nice gym, clean rooms and pleasant staff. Convenient location to Waikiki Beach and shopping.
Disliked: The price to park is very high $47/night and very limited space. The elevators are insanely slow and inadequate for the number of rooms in the hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are very small.

Exceptional

Decent but I would stay...

Liked: Friendly staff - they were wonderful. Good location - little bit of a walk from main strip
Disliked: Room had a stale smell - had to leave the window open. Fan in the bathroom and AC were so loud. AC kept making a tapping noise even when off. Hot water worked sometimes and other times was tepid. Only stayed 2 nights otherwise I would have asked to change rooms

Disappointing

Liked: To be fair the breakfast was a big disappointment, you had all the spreads by the toast and the butter, as you walked out the door. To set it up correctly. You should have the butter by the toast and all the toppings that go on the toast, jam marmite peanut butter etc. As you’re walking out the door people can get that then.
