Nice and relaxing and quiet

Liked: I liked the full breakfast. Lots of filling food. Good variety. It was comfortable and had everything I needed in a room.
Disliked: Wanted to be on 3rd or 4th floor and requested it.

Two star deserved

Liked: Getting ready to remodel and it does need it. Smallest Holiday Inn Express ever, rooms small too . Room not very clean. Including black pieces on the sheet. Pancake maker not functional. Morning front desk found it impossible not to share his political views unprompted

Relaxing and comfortable

Liked: The room. It was quiet and comfortable and roomy. The food was great
Disliked: The price was too expensive

Disappointed in the customer service....

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Rugs were dirty and not well taken care. Bathroom shower had a decent amount of mold/mildew in the shower.

Horrible, scammy, dirty, cramped rooms...

Disliked: Horrible management. Surprise $100 security deposit for Dirty room, paint peeling off celling. Mold, 7 year old worn out mattresses! Manager refused to provide evidence that we paid the deposit and had to insist he price something in writing to us that it was reimbursed. 1 week later, no refund yet!

Liked: Was my first time traveling with two little dogs & it was tough but the accommodations were great. Handicapped room was perfect. Bed was extremely comfortable as well as pillows. Breakfast was good & plentiful.
