Lucinda, Pasco, visiting RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater

We stayed here while visiting for a nearby concert. We were very pleased with the location, access, cleanliness, size of the room and very helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great place to stay in the area.

Liked: The location and size of the room. The staff were very helpful and it was a comfortable stay.
Disliked: The continental breakfast was very disappointing.

The beds and breakfast was...

Liked: Location
Disliked: As soon as we walked into the room it severely smelled of very strong perfume. I walked into the bathroom barefooted I stepped on small pieces of glass and cut my foot. We called the front desk they did not offer to clean the rest of the glass . I was traveling with my mother that has dementia. We were extremely tired from traveling. We did not have the energy to change rooms. Nor did the front desk offer. We could not take showers for fear of more glass. We assumed someone broke a perfume bottle and the floor did not get cleaned of glass properly.

Great hotel

Liked: The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms are of good size. Breakfast was great. It was Also nice that the pool area is indoors and open 24hrs. The beds are also really comfortable. Me and my family definitely enjoyed our stay and will use this hotel again if ever in the same area.

Some things were fine, others...

Liked: Room was large and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: WiFi was spotty, cellular didn't work in the room, fridge in room 115 was very loud... so we unplugged it. The room looked a little beat up. We asked for a quiet room but it was 2 doors down from the dining room. When we asked to move the staff said they didn't have anything else because they were short-staffed on Sunday and didn't have rooms made up.
