Liked: Very good location near Metropolis at Metrotown mall and a sky train station , the room was clean, staffs were very nice.

Liked: The outdoor pool was a big hit. Easy parking. Easy to get to skytrain. Attached to the mall. Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. Great breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: No hot tub. No robes in the room for going to the pool. Very expensive for our family. Trip was a special treat for the Grandkids over Spring Break. Unfortunately, will probably not be able to return.

Liked: We had an issue between our Booking.vom reservation and the hotel, once the error was brought to their attention they quickly rectified it. The hotel has one of the best breakfasts that is included too, great selection of eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, toast, etc.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that we didn't like. HI is our first choice when travelling.
