Excellent hotel, very clean and...

Liked: Staff was very efficient and friendly and accommodating. There was lots of parking available and the rooms were clean and modern. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants and metro line very close.
Disliked: our shampoo and body wash soap was pretty much empty in the room.

Great stay! Exceptional experience!

Liked: Fantastic location, SkyTrain and bus right across the street, and Metropolis mall connected to the hotel. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. Room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. Staff were super friendly and helpful, communication was fast and easy. Breakfast has so many options, and I loved that they had different fresh fruits each day
Disliked: Minor issue was SkyTrain noise, but it stops after 11:30 pm.

Thanks for such a great...

Liked: Every staff member treated us with such genuine kindness. The breakfast exceeded my expectations by having so many options. Being right at metrotown- I couldn't have asked for a better location.
Disliked: It was very expensive but I understand it's summertime and it costs a lot everywhere.
