Liked: Staff was helpful in arranging shuttle service etc. Very busy desk but they did a good job. Breakfast and coffee provided. Would have preferred a walkin shower over the tub/shower combo. Bed was comfortable and good pillows. They provide white noise machines in the rooms !
Disliked: Prefer walk in showers over tub/shower combo.

Worth the extra money for...

Liked: It was clean and the staff was very friendly much different than previous hotels we’ve stayed at in Richmond
Disliked: The location is fine for an airport hotel and it’s not too far from that sky train. Our air conditioning dud f work but it was cool we didn’t need it

Liked: Decent sized rooms, clean, comfortable. Not a whole lot to do in the area but it made for a good recharge night before a long flight. Lots of options at breakfast. Free airport shuttle.
Disliked: We chose it because it was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle but there’s not a whole lot going on around the hotel, which was fine.
