Disliked: There is a parking fee 8 dollars! This is not on website

Staff members are very nice....
Liked: Holiday inn express in Van Nuys property needs some remodeling. It’s gated and charge for parking ($8 a day) cheaper than other hotels. Area is a bit rough but we didn’t have any issues.
Disliked: The breakfast was amazing and staff were very nice.

Liked: The breakfast - good healthy options.
Disliked: There was cracks on the wall of by ac that needs some work, the shower is set up in a way which just seems to spill a lot of water, and toilet is mismatched seat, there is no fan in the bathroom which doesnt help or non skid mat. The whole is out dated.

Very wonderful!
Liked: The location, the facility, and the breakfast.
Disliked: Just a small inconvenience when we arrived, there were tree cutting.

Stay was ok for one...
Liked: Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel needs major remodel. The bathroom had water bubbles throughout. Room walls needed painting, looked old.

Excellent value for money with...
Liked: Hotel has excellent rooms, spacious, big comfy beds and extra comfy pillows which is very important for me while on journey. Location is pretty suitable cause it’s about to 20 min drive to many famous locations like Hollywood, St.Monica, Getty Museum…
Disliked: Nothing!
