Liked: All good, except the bed.
Disliked: Bed was too soft. Please invest in a room or two with firmer mattresses for those of us who don’t enjoy “sinking” into the bed. I understand we may be the exceptions to the rule of mattress preference, but nonetheless, it would guarantee my return.

Liked: I liked the location and room was clean the ac worked good and breakfast was good.
Disliked: At first staff was not understanding and not helpful. I asked for a reimbursement and they denied it and the guy on the phone stated It was approved and kept putting me on hold and treated me like I didn’t belong there. Then offered me an option to pay cash after I complained. I had lost my debit card n offered to pay the deposit with cash and he stated no that I can’t stay without a card then after holding over and over and being lied to about what’s going on. He said I could pay cash. I felt judged and embarrassed for how he treated me.

Liked: We were there for work and the internet was terrible. Very hard to get our emails. We went downstairs a couple times for help. It seems it was working better by the front desk but would drop out in our room . The phone number the front desk gave us for help didn’t work . Apart from that we loved the hotel and we’ll be back

Everything was great.

Liked: Expeditious way I was checked in, no hassle getting to my room.
Disliked: I was pleased with my stay.

Great, but late!

Liked: Upon entering the hotel, everything was clean and smelled so inviting and fresh!
Disliked: The only issue I had with this hotel is that they didn't have my room ready by my check-in time. Potentially, it could have made us pate for our show we paid for. I was very frustrated that we had to wait for over 30 minutes for our room.
